Job Description: Fotki.com is seeking a Senior Online Sales Executive to run its ad sales. We are looking for someone who has existing relationships with key clients while successfully prospecting, qualifying and generating new business. The candidate will develop and cultivate deep relationships at senior levels with direct advertisers, as well as with ad agencies and should have a strong client and agency rolodex. Areas of responsibility include working with major accounts and their advertising agencies, articulating our overall business objectives and value proposition to the advertising community, and closing strategic advertising deals on the Fotki site. Our ideal candidate will have several years of outside media sales experience and a minimum several years in online ad sales experience at a major Website.

• Qualifications:
     At least 5 years of media sales experience
     Several years of online ad sales experience
• Proven track record of driving revenue through the development of long-term relationships with clients and agencies
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex negotiations to successful closure and delivery
• Ability to convert leads into sales
• Ability to find/create new ads venues and to produce/package new ad products
• Experience with traditional market research tools, including @plan and Nielsen NetRatings
