  • Problem:
  • Telecom Argentina provides broadband and mobile connection to millions of customers. It developed a concept of providing their customers with a full-scale service portal (ArNet Portal) and sought a developer that could develop the solution in the matter of weeks based on specific marketing and functionality guidelines provided by ArNet.


  • Solution:

    Fotki is completing fast development and deployment of a white-label photo-sharing and video-sharing social network for ArNet hosted in New York City system (http://arnet.lite.fotki.com/) to be launched in February of 2010. The site includes numerous custom features requested by ArNet. Users will be able to create profiles, interact with each other, use viral notification and involvement mechanisms and share photos and videos in mixed photo and video albums.

  • Telecom Italia, like other major telecoms, provides broadband to millions of customers and offers to them Web services. Telecom Italia needed a turnkey solution of a completely white-labeled social network, complete with photo-sharing, video-sharing and numerous custom-developed features to fit its marketing and strategic goals.

  • Solution:

    Fotki developed and implemented in Milano, Italy a large scale photo sharing system at http://fotoalbum-foto.alice.it/home/index.html – a full-scale photo solution with a custom Italian interface and numerous social networking features. This is one of Italy’s top 10 Websites. All client requirements were implemented on Fotki platform with full customization to client’s specifications. The follow-up development stages will include more social features, video, mobile, viral mechanisms and support of other Telecom Italia services.
